Thermolacquered paints are a type of coating applied to metals through an electrostatic spray process followed by curing in an oven. This process imparts a set of properties to the metal pieces, making them highly suitable for outdoor use, even in extreme weather conditions.
Application: The powder paint is applied to the metal piece using an electrostatic spray gun. The electric charge applied to the paint causes it to adhere to the metal piece in a uniform and homogeneous manner.
Curing: The piece is placed in an oven where it is heated to a temperature between 180 and 230 degrees Celsius. At this temperature, the paint melts and adheres permanently to the metal surface.
